Character Spot Guide! Disney's Magic Kingdom

This park my autograph collector friends, is a whole challenge if you just have one day. Magic Kingdom is the most famous of the 4 theme parks of Walt Disney World Resorts Florida, and for the record it's the most famous. Because this is the Main Park, it has the biggest load of Characters.
Some wise advice I got after my Magic Kingdom meeting/riding attractions experience in this park:

1. Be there as early as you can

Although I ALWAYS say that, this time is SERIOUS. If you can be there at row drop, be there at row drop. This is a big park and if you're going in high season (Winter or specially Summer vacations.) You'll seize the day like you don't have idea. From experience: I arrived at Magic Kingdom at 8:45 and I got to meet 10 Characters and rode on some attractions.

2. FastPass+ is a wonderful option

You may be wondering how I got to meet 10 Characters and enjoy of some attractions: FastPast+.
Not only for the Characters, reserve it on attractions that you know that are always crowded. This was my FastPass+ reservation:
6:10 - 7:10 Enchanted Tales With Belle (I saved 45 minutes of waiting)
7:20 - 8:20 Cinderella & Rapunzel (I saved 1 hour of waiting)
8:40 - 9:40 Splash Mountain (I saved 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting)

3. Make your choice

You may not be able to meet ALL the characters if you just have one day, so make a list of the Characters you really really WANT to meet in order (most important first) and after you finish with the most important ones, go with the rest.

4. Organize your time and check the Times Guide Sheet

Some characters leave earlier than others, have that in mind when you make your list and check the hour constantly so you won't miss them.

5. Be prepared

Be sure to carry your autograph book, your pen or Sharpie, your camera and your ticket or Magic Band and have everything ready.

To help you improve your experience in the park, I'm going to divide the Characters in Lands

Main Street U.S.A

Pluto

Mickey's best friend receives you right in the Entrance!

Where to find him?

Pluto is one of the very first characters that you see when you arrive in Magic Kingdom. You'll find him at Town Square. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

My Experience:

I was just arriving and there he was! I was surely going to have his autograph. I didn't wait so long, like 25 minutes (I thought it was going to be worst) and he received me with a big warm hug, then I showed him the page I made for him in my Autograph Book and he loved his drawing! he signed it and showed it to the cast members, he even licked the page (extra part of the autograph, ha ha.) Then we posed for our pictures, he hugged me again and I told him 'I read your name tag and it says 'if founded please return to Mickey Mouse so... I must take you back to him'' and we both laughed, then we said goodbye and I told him I loved him so much.
Even you're an adult or a little kid, you'll love meeting Pluto, he's lovely and amazing! You will have a great time.

Tips and Recommendations:

Pluto meets in the 4 parks, he's very popular, that means he usually has long lines, so arrive early or return after his second show up so you don't have to wait so long.
-Ask him where Mickey is
-Bring him a dog biscuit!
-Ask him if you can read his name tag and then tell him you must return him to Mickey

Marie from The Aristocats

This little kitty is a lovely Character to meet, because she's a lady, that's why!

Where to find her?

Right next to Pluto at Town Square. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

Expect to wait 20 minutes under the hot sun, so arrive earlier or try to arrive 10 minutes before her second set.
-Ask her is she prefers water or milk
-Ask her where are Berlioz and Toulouse
-Tell her she looks lovely

Town Square Theater

  • Snow White from Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs

The fairest of them all is here and away from poisoned apples!

Where to find her?

She's often in Magic Kingdom, you can find her at the exit of the Town Square Theater. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

Snow is not only the fairest one of them all, she has the shortest line of them all. It's very weird to see very long lines for her, so take advantage of this because she's, after all, the very fist Disney Princess and the movie that made Walt Disney Company what it is now. Also she's very sweet and adorable, and totally cute, you'll love her.
-Ask her which is her favorite Dwarf
-Ask her to whistle with you
-Bring her an apple
-Tell her she's truly the fairest of them all
-Ask her if her wishing well is working because you need some help to find your Prince!
-Ask her if she has met her Prince
  • Mickey Mouse

Let's never loose sight of one thing, it was all started by a Mouse!

Where to find him?

Go inside Town Square Theater and look for his line (usually the one on the right.)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Yes.

Tips and Recommendations:

I recommend you to take the FastPass+ if you really want to meet Mickey and you're not going to the other parks (unless you want to wait over an hour) because he has one of the largest lines.
If you can't catch him in here, Mickey meets at all four parks.
Mickey Talks! This is an interactive Mickey that you can talk to, but remember to ask him simple things that he can easily answer.
He's extremely cute and adorable, this version of him is just amazing.
-Tell him he's your favorite
-Or tell him Donald is your favorite to see how he reacts!
-Ask him which is his favorite flavor of Cheesecake (Mickey loves Cheesecakes)
-Ask him if he's going to propose to Minnie, and that he should do it soon because they're the loveliest couple ever!
  • Tinker Bell

Faith, trust and a little bit of pixie dust! Transform into the size of a fairy and visit the little kingdom where this fairy lives.

Where to find her?

Go inside Town Square Theater and look for her line (usually the one on the left).
(Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Yes.

My experience:

Meeting Tinker Bell was something that was meant to be for me. It was 8:50 and the party I was with were tired and wanted to leave the park, then we stopped at the entrance of Town Square Theater and they wanted to return to the bakery that was just some steps from us to buy some caramel apples, and when I was ready to follow them, I looked at the sign that said 'Tinker Bell, waiting time: 5 minutes' I just HAD to do it, I had to take advantage of that waiting time because in the morning, Tinker Bell like 45 minutes or more. The line was literally empty, when I got to the entrance, they let me pass, just me, and Tinker Bell received me and nobody else was arriving, she stayed talking and joking around with me for like 10 minutes, it was magical.
Meeting her was the BEST. THING. EVER. I just loved her, she was exactly like I imagined Tinker Bell would be and was so cute, adorable, funny and friendly to me. Truly one of the best Characters I met on this trip.
(I'll tell you all the details when I make my entry dedicated to the character I met with pictures included!)

Tips and Recommendations:

Tinker meets alone, there are no other fairies with her.
I'm going to give you 3 options to meet Tink:
You can take a FastPass+ if you want to see her in the morning/evening, but if you can't use a FastPass+ on her, I recommend you to arrive early or (like I not intentionally did) arrive late; when I arrived the Parade was about to start and everyone was gathering around the sidewalk to get a nice spot, so nobody was aware of Tink's waiting time.

Aurora from Sleeping Beauty

Awaken from her sleep with a true love's kiss, she's ready to see you again! Again because you've met before of course, once upon a dream...

Where to find her?

When you're at the Entrance, go left and you'll find her at the Town Square Courtyard.
Sometimes she's in the Princess Fairytale Hall as a visitor princess.
(Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

Lines for Aurora are not usually long, you may not have to wait much.
Just for you to know!
Aurora meets in Magic Kingdom and Epcot, I met her in Epcot and I think that the set for pictures in Epcot is prettier than the one in Magic Kingdom.
-Tell her she's beautiful
-Ask her which dress she prefers, blue or pink
-Ask her if she likes to take naps
-Show your knowledge and ask her which of her names she likes more, Aurora, Briar Rose or Sleeping Beauty
-Ask if Prince Phillip is a good kisser

Mary Poppins

Here she is, the most famous nanny of them all, she's just so... Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Where to find her?

Town Square, left hand side at the West Fireworks Viewing Plaza. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

Tips and Recommendations:

Arrive a few minutes early to have a short wait.
She only meets in Magic Kingdom and Epcot.
-Ask her if she can say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious backwards
-Ask her how come your room doesn't clean up itself when you snap your fingers
-Ask about Bert
-Ask her if she can borrow you her flying umbrella

Locate 'Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin' in Tomorrowland. He meets right next to his ride. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

No, but he usually has a stamp.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

Arrive early for a short wait.
Waiting Time for Buzz is around 15-30 minutes.
-DON'T do the 'Andy's coming!' thing from the Internet, it'll be awkward because it DOESN'T WORK
-Ask Buzz to demonstrate his Latin Dance abilities.
-Ask him about Jessie
-Ask him if you can press his Reset Button
-Tell him he is a TOY toy

Lady Tremaine, Anastasia & Drizella from Cinderella

Where to find them?

Near Cinderella's Castle. Pass through the Castle's main gate to the other side and you'll find them at right hand side. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

Be there before they come out because their line fills quickly. They're very funny and extravagant as you can guess from the movie.
-The stepsisters always ask boys if they are princes, if they answer 'Yes' they go crazy and flirty and ask them to marry one of them.
-Ask them what they think of Cinderella being a princess
-Ask Lady Tremaine where's Lucifer
-Ask who's the prettiest Stepsister

Merida from Brave

This brave independent young princess is ready to welcome you! You may even learn some archery and painting...

Where to find her?

The Fairytale Garden. Make your way to the Mad Tea Party and you'll find her in the left, close to the Cheshire Café. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

My experience:

The Cast Members told me the waiting time was from 40-45 minutes and I ended up waiting just like 20, it was quicker than I thought it would be. The place is decorated with hangings of the story, the family trees of the royal families, the iconic one with Merida and her family... She was so nice and beautiful, and her dress is just absolutely gorgeous, it was like a velvety fabric and the decorations at the foot of the dress... way to beautiful. Her hair was ON POINT, perfect. we talked a little bit, took our pictures, she signed my book and also LOVED her drawing and told me that I was an artist princess like Rapunzel and that she would for sure love my book!. It was really fun meeting her.

Tips and Recommendations:

The waiting line has two parts: one boarding the Fairytale Garden starting at its gate and the other inside. The last part has a little play zone for kids to entertain while they wait to meet Merida, they can color or even shoot some plastic arrows with the help of a Cast Member.
-Ask her how are her three brothers and if they're causing mich trouble
-Ask her how's her mother
-Compliment her archery skills and request her to teach you some lessons
-Ask her if she has other hobbies other than archery

Alice & Mad Hatter from Alice In Wonderland

Late for tea? maybe, but don't fret, meet this two and have a tea party on your own!

Where to find them?

Near the Mad Tea Party. They'll come out and be jumping and playing around a bit on their way to the Meeting Spot and then they'll be ready for meeting you. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

They're really funny so take advantage and play around with them! Also lines for her are rarely long, arrive early for a really short or no wait.
They also meet at Epcot (this waiting line is usually really short too.)
-Greet Alice with a hand shake and say 'How do you do?'
-Bring some tea cups and ask them to have a tea party with you
-Ask Mad Hatter which model of hat is the best for your head
-Ask Alice which are the ingredients of a sauce worthy of a king (pepper, salt, vinegar, peppercorns and mustard seeds)
-Tell them that today is your Unbirthday!

Winnie Pooh & Tigger

Visiting right from the Hundred Acre Woods, this lovable little bear who loves 'Hunny' and this playful tiger who's always hopping around are here!

Where to find them?

Next to Pooh's ride. Look for the pages of the book, they meet there. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Tips and Recommendations:

Although their line is short, it grows larger throughout the day, so arrive earlier.
They meet in Epcot too at the United Kingdom Pavilion (wait is shorter here.)
-Tell Tigger you can bounce higher than him
-Ask Pooh how many honey jars has he eaten today
-Tell them you saw an ephelant wandering near their ride
-Ask about any of their friends
-Tell Tigger he should have his own ride

  • Minnie Mouse & Daisy Duck starring as Minnie Magnifique & Madame Daisy Fortuna

-Compliment Minnie on her outfit
-Ask her if Mickey has proposed yet

-Propose to Daisy
-Ask her for a kiss
-Tell her she looks fabulous
-Ask her for some beauty advice

  • Donald Duck and Goofy starring as The Astounding Donaldo and The Great Goofini

Where to find them?

Same as Minnie and Daisy, on Pete's Silly Slideshow tent, usually the line on the right. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

Donald:
He meets in all four parks with exclusive outfits in each one. The shortest wait for Donald is at the Mexico Pavilion in Epcot.
-Tell him he's #1 to you
-...or tell him Mickey's #1 to you and look how he reacts
-Ask him if he has anger issues. If he says 'Yes' ask him if he's looking for a solution. If he says 'No' start arguing with him until he gets mad, but them tell him that after all, he's still #1 in your heart.
-Ask him if he knows where is Mickey

-Ask him if he has a significant other
-Ask about Max

Ariel from The Little Mermaid

Meet this adventurous little mermaid in her Grotto by the sea and explore some of her human treasures!

Where to find her?

At Ariel's Grotto, next to her attraction at her Castle. Check the line, many people mistake the two lines (Ariel's Grotto and Under The Sea - Journey Of The Little Mermaid.) The Grotto's line is through the rock entrance and the attraction's line is right where the boat with Ariel's mermaid figure is. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Yes. FastPass+ will save you some time, but her line is not the longest above them all and it's a really bearable one without the FastPass+.

My experience:

I waited like 40 minutes for Ariel, the waiting line really sets you up in the story with the rocky walls and the little shells on the ground, another thing that it has is that it's also very fresh (it was really hot outside and when I was waiting the air gaps kept the place cool and fresh.) Then I got in, she was extremely lovely, just like I imagined Ariel would be, her hair was stunning and her Grotto is really beautiful too, they've redecorated since the last time I met Ariel (well, considering I didn't make line for Ariel since I was 3 years old, ha ha.) I brought her some gifts that she absolutely adored, she LOVED her drawing and told me I was an artist, she signed my book, then we talked a little bit and I told her to say 'Hi' to Prince Eric for me and then I left. I totally recommend you to meet Ariel, she's a must in meetings in Magic Kingdom.

Tips and Recommendations:

Ariel is one of the most famous Disney Princesses, her lines can be from 25-40 minutes of waiting or more but her line is very bearable. She's open for Early and Late Extra Magic Hours.
-Bring her a human treasure for her collection
-Ask her how's Flounder
-Instead of a Selfie Pic, ask her to take a 'Shelfie Pic' with you!
-When posing, ask her to make a fishy face
-Ask her what would she do with human legs
-Ask if she lives near Nemo

Gaston from Beauty And The Beast

No one's lick as Gaston, No one's quick as Gaston, No ones neck's as incredibly thick as Gaston!

Where to find him?

Go straight to Belle's Village and find his Tavern, when you're facing the fountain, go right hand side and you'll find him. He's at a little door at the side of the store, there's where his line starts and it extends near to the restrooms. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

My experience:

Meeting Gaston was literally THE BEST THING EVER. He's so funny and true to his character it's amazing. He just loves himself and thinks he's so gorgeous it's hilarious, and yes it's true, he's got biceps to spare!.
He's so funny and I literally wanted to stay there! He took a selfie with me, we talked a little about him and how he thinks Belle is the only girl for him (that guys, is perseverance!) and he told me to come back anytime I wanted. And I will come back!

Tips and Recommendations:

You'll have an amazing time with Gaston, and his lines are not so long, 20-25 minutes or even less. He's really really funny, you won't regret meeting him, I would do it again and every time I returned to Disney.
-Flirt with him
-Or tell him the Beast is better than him so he can feel disgraced, rejected, publicly humiliated!
-Ask him to show his muscles (he loves his muscles)
-Suggest him to do something that is not included in his song
-Ask him how many eggs has he eaten today
-Ask him how many marriage proposals have he had today
-Add one more number to the last answer and ask him if he would marry you (ha ha)

The Beast (a.k.a Prince Adam) from Beauty And The Beast

Where to find him?

Be Our Guest Restaurant.
NOTE: The only way to meet Beast is having breakfast/ lunch/ dinner at the Be Our Guest Restaurant, where you are offered to meet Beast after your meal, otherwise, you won't be able to meet him.

Autographs:

No, but rarely he does so ask just in case.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

Like I wrote earlier, the only way to get to know Beast is having one of your meals at the Be Our Guest Restaurant which is a little bit more expensive than other restaurants (like Pinocchio Village Haus and many others) but if you chose to eat there, I can tell you that the restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside, specially if you love Beauty And The Beast, you will feel like you're inside the original castle, the ballroom is breathtaking, and also are the other rooms.

Belle from Beauty And The Beast

There is no wonder that her name means beauty! Meet the clever, sweet and beautiful  Belle.

Where to find her?

Enchanted Tales With Belle. Go to Belle's Village and find her father's cottage, her attraction's entrance is located right there.

Autographs:

No. But she gives you a bookmark that has her picture, the name of the attraction and a little quote. Her autograph is printed in too, but like I said, it's printed and also it's little.

FastPass+:

Yes. Lines for Enchanted Tales can be from 20-30 minutes of waiting or maybe a bit longer.

My experience:

This is not like any meet & greet, it's more of an attraction, but anyway it was very nice. I took the FastPass+ option because I lost Belle at Epcot and she's my favorite princess, I refused myself to go back home without meeting her, with or without autograph, so the FastPass+ was my safe choice, that way there was nothing that could get in my way of meeting Belle.
Instead of walking inside the cottage, the FastPass+ line takes you straight to Maurice's working table. After passing through the mirror, I found a really extravagant and glamorous lady, The Wardrobe! There they picked up the little kids to play the characters and then, we entered in heaven (and with heaven, I mean the library). The library is totally full with books and some of them have Easter eggs (like capital letters of the people that wrote the music, names of staff that worked in the movie...) my dear friend Lumière received us and he's so amazing, he's just like in the original story, then I sat and waited for Belle to come in, and when she did we all shouted 'surprise!'. Her dress was breathtakingly beautiful, I want one! (ha ha).
Then the story is told and the kids are helped with the Cast Members to compliment the story, then we all sang part of 'Be Our Guest', Belle danced with the kid who played the Beast and finally we got to the part of pictures. First the kids and then all the other guests. Belle gives you your bookmark and then takes a picture with you. I knew that the time was really short, so I wrote a little note for her before making the line for pictures (telling her that she was my all time favorite and I felt totally identified with her story...) then we posed, I showed her my drawing of her that was in my autograph book and told her I would keep her bookmark in there, and she loved her drawing, she hugged me and then we said goodbye.
If you're looking for Belle's autograph, I don't recommend you to come here because she's not allowed to sign, instead, look for meeting Belle at Epcot at the France pavilion. Remember this is not a meet & greet, it's an attraction, and you won't have much time to talk to her, she gives you your bookmark, chats just a little bit and takes the pictures with you.

Tips and Recommendations:

The regular waiting line takes you through Maurice's cottage that's actually very beautiful, it has a portrait of Belle and her mother reading a book (something that can hint you why Belle loves reading so much), it has the book that the librarian gives to Belle at the beginning of the story (and it's on the page the sheep bit, teared and all!) and some of Maurice's sketches ad inventions.
-I can't put suggested questions and things to do because you won't have time to do it.

Peter Pan & Wendy Darling from Peter Pan

The second star to the right and straight on til the morning!

Where to find them?

Next to Peter Pan's Ride. They meet in the wall that has Neverland's map. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Tips and Recommendations:

He's AMAZING. He's very playful, talkative and has a really good sense of humor. His lines are from short to average waiting time, so if you have time, believe me, you'll enjoy meeting Peter like you have no idea.
They make a really cute couple, they come out from a door that's like at the other side of their attraction and they go running and jumping around, greeting little girls and adults until they get to their meeting spot.
-Tell Peter you want to be a Lost Boy
-Ask Wendy to tell you one of her best stories (Peter stories)
-Ask Peter where's Tinker Bell
-Tell Peter his ride is the best
-Tell Peter you capture his shadow
Mostly, the conversation is lead by Peter cause he's really talkative (just like a little kid) and all of his occurrences are hilarious and crazy and funny.

Princess Fairytale Hall

Here you have to lines to choose, each one to meet two princesses, left one to meet Cinderella and Rapunzel (sometimes they change one of them with Snow White or Aurora) and right one to meet Anna and Elsa.
The Princess Fairytale Hall waiting line will take you inside down a really beautiful  hallway with portraits of all the Disney Princesses.

Cinderella & Rapunzel

Cinderella from Cinderella

Now the magic lasts past midnight! The beautiful Cinderella is here to receive you.

Where to find her?

Inside the Princess Fairytale Hall, usually their line is the one on the left. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Yes. Her line is usually from average to long, from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

My experience:

I took a FastPass+ for Cinderella and Rapunzel (one FastPass+ for both of them) to save quite a lot of time. Cinderella was very kind and sweet, she was very cute and liked my earring (that were Christmas reindeer earrings) she LOVED her drawing, signed my book and told me 'Rapunzel will sure like this, she's an artist just like you!' she said she liked my whole look and my bag (literally, she was extremely sweet, I love her) and we talked a little bit, the conversations went on like this:
'Thanks, I really LOVE your dress, it's beautiful'
'Oh, thank you, but my Fairy Godmother helped me a little bit'
'Oh really? can I have a Fairy Godmother?'
'Oh, I don't think you need one, you're very pretty already'
Then we hugged and had our pictures taken and I passed on to meet Rapunzel.

Tips and Recommendations:

-Ask to see her shoes
-Ask her why her glass slipper came out
-Ask her how are her little friends the mice and the birds
-Ask her to pose for a picture of both of you showing off your shoes
-Ask her tips to find your own Fairy Godmother

Rapunzel from Tangled

She's so glad she's left her tower! After some adventures involving a handsome and charming thief, a bunch of thugs that had a dream, floating lights and a frying pan, she's here to meet you!

Where to find her?

Inside the Princess Fairytale Hall, usually her line is the one on the left. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

Autographs:

Yes.

FastPass+:

Yes. Her lines are from average to long, 45 minutes to 1 hour.

My experience:

When I met her I was like BEST. DAY. EVER! Rapunzel is the most spunky princess of them all, she's very happy, outgoing, extroverted and loves to play along. She grabbed my autograph book and when she saw her drawing she was so surprised and happy and asking 'Oh my goodness? did you draw this for me!?' (I have a picture of her face when she saw it and it's amazing! she has an astonished face) and we talked about Pascal, how her hair was perfect and then I told her I had brought a gift for her and asked 'do you like the Snuggly Ducling?' and she answered 'Oh, I LOVE it!' and I said 'Great! cause I brought you this two little ducklings for you to remember that place' and I gave her two little rubbers that were duck shaped and she asked 'These two just for me!?' I answered 'Yes, one for you and one for...' Rapunzel: 'I'LL GIVE ONE TO MY FLYNN' she said as she started jumping of excitement and joy, 'YES, AND ONE FOR FLYNN!' I said as I started jumping and fangirling with her... and it was AWESOME. I would definitely meet her again!

Tips and Recommendations:

She meets with Flynn at Parties.
-Ask about Pascal
-Ask her which is her favorite book
-Ask her which is her favorite recipe
-Ask her how many bottles of shampoo does she uses to wash her hair and how long does it takes
-Ask about the Thugs from the Snuggly Duckling
-Ask her how does she feels outside her tower
-Ask which has been her favorite adventure with Flynn since she left her tower
-Tell her that your hair glows too!
-Ask her about her dream, and tell her you just accomplished yours (meeting her)

Anna & Elsa

Anna from Frozen

Do you wanna build a snowman?

Where to find her?

Inside the Princess Fairytale Hall. Usually her line and Elsa's is the one on the right side. Sometimes they meet with another princess (it can be Aurora or Snow)
(Check Times Guide for any changes)

FastPass+:

Yes. I HIGHLY recommend you to take this if you really want to meet Anna and Elsa because their line is among the longest ones, the waiting time can be between an 150 minutes to 5 hours. So if you or your children love Frozen and really want to meet them, try to make FastPass+ reservations quickly (a month to 2 days before going to the park)

Autographs:

Yes.

Tips and Recommendations:

If you want to save time, use FastPass+.
-Ask if Kristoff has proposed to her yet
-Ask where is Olaf
-Ask if Olaf's hugs really are warm
-Ask if she has any tips to look more beautiful

Elsa from Frozen

The cold never bothered her anyway...

Where to find her?

Princess Fairytale Hall. Her and Anna's line is usually in the right side. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

FastPass+:

Yes. HIGHLY recommended to take.

Autographs:

Yes.

Tips and Recommendations:

Anna and Elsa's FastPass+ is one of the hardest to get because their line is almost as long as the list of Disney classics, literally, you can wait in line for 5 hours. If you really want to meet her and Anna, take FastPass+.
If you have your tickets and you're staying on any park hotels (resort guest) you'll be able to make your FastPass+ reservations 60 days before your trip, if you're staying on a hotel outside the parks (non-resort member) you can make your FastPass+ reservations with 30 days of anticipation to your trip.
-Ask if Marshmallow returned her crown
-Ask her if she wants to build a snowman
-Tell her is nice to see her out of her room
-Ask if she could build an Olaf for you

Liberty Square

Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen from The Princess And The Frog

They're human again! After having one of the craziest adventures as frogs and discovering true love, they are here to meet you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Tiana meets on her own from 9 am to 4-5 pm, after 4-5 Naveen meets with her.

Where to find them?

They meet in a gazebo behind of the Liberty Tree Tavern. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

FastPass+:

Yes.

Autographs:

Yes.

Tips and Recommendations:

Frontierland

Woodie & Jessie from The Toy Story Series

Where to find them?

Near the entrance of Splash Mountain exit area. Past the entrance of the Walt Disney World Railroad. (Check Times Guide for any changes)

FastPass+:

Not offered.

Autographs:

Yes.

Tips and Recommendations:

Their line can become quite long during the day, so I recommend you to arrive before their first showing or come quickly after the end of the parade.
This is the only meeting spot for Jessie, but some people have reported to spot Jessie on surprise (very rare) meeting opportunities in Disney Hollywood Studios (this can be probably because of the Ferryboat Finale of the Fantasmic show that features lots of characters, people and cartoons, these characters often surprise the visitors near the entrance of Fantasmic some hours or minutes before the show offering meetings but this is not confirmed and you don't know which characters will come out). Woody meets along with Buzz in Disney Hollywood Studios.
-DON'T do the 'Andy's coming' thing from the Internet. This doesn't work, if you say that, they won't drop to the floor, they'll just stay still and that can turn into a really awkward situation.
-Ask Woody if Andy's name is in the sole of his boot
-Tell Woody there's a snake in his boot
-Point at Woody's right arm and say 'Oh I'm glad, they fixed your seam!'
-Ask Jessie where is Bullseye
-Show Jessie a Buzz figurine
-Show Jessie your Buzz Lightyear autograph!

My experience:

When I arrived, they had closed the line for the meeting, but I stayed there and they got me in line for the next meeting. I recommend you to arrive like 15 minutes before they come out because their lines fulls even before they come out and they have to close it. Meeting them was like one of the greatest experiences ever. Jasmine was very beautiful and Aladdin, I just LOVE you, I was already in love of your cartoon and now I am IN LOVE with your human form. He was a total gentleman, he helped me with my bag, carried my autograph book and when he opened it and saw Jasmine's drawing he was like 'Wow, this is awesome, did you draw this!?' 'Yes, and there's one page for you too!' and then he started checking all the pages totally awed by them and then he asked 'This very cool, I've never seen one like this ever before, how long did it take you to do it?' 'Oh, just one week' and he gave the book to the Cast Members so they could see it and he said 'Open it, it's like the Cave of Wonders!' then we talked about Abu and Rajah, we had our pictures taken and then I was about to leave and the Cast Member started playing with Aladdin saying 'Jasmine drawing was beautiful... you were okay, but that's all you can get for a Street Rat' and I turned and said to her 'Oh, he's NOT a Street Rat! he's amazing' and then Aladdin said 'It's all right, at least you know it and that's enough for me'... I don't know about you but I want to marry this guy! (ha ha)
Literally they're AMAZING and I WILL meet them again when I return to Disney because it was one of the best meeting experiences, they treated me like we were best friends and I felt amazing with them. I also forgot to ask if they could show me Genie's Lamp, and I really want to see it!

Tips and Recommendations:

They also meet in Epcot at the Moroccan pavilion.
Their line fills up very quickly, so arrive 15 minutes before their next meeting (or even if you see that their line is closed and a Cast Member tells you that they will be back for the next set) STAY THERE. When they re-open the line, you'll be there and you won't be at the risk that they have to close the line (the swiftness their line fulls is INSANE) sometimes they even have to close it because it's already way too long and the characters haven't even arrived.
-Ask if they could show you Genie's lamp
-Ask how is Genie doing
-Ask about Abu and Rajah and ask Jasmine what is like to have a pet tiger
-Ask them if you can take a Magic Carpet Ride with them
-Ask Aladdin how the Cave of Wonders is like inside
-Ask Aladdin which is his most precious jewel
-Ask Jasmine how is her father doing
-Ask them if they've ever flown on an airplane
